If my parents had to buy a new 2009 or 2010 model car I would recommend the Saab
Convertible. This is because, first off, it is not too expensive for a new car. Also, its milage isn't too bad, it's actually pretty good. Another reason, is who wouldn't want a car where the hood could go down? I mean I would.
I noticed that the highest priced car has low mileage while thr lowest has more mileage.

i notice in your scatter plot that the low priced cars have a higher gas mileage than the cars that have a higher price.
